Processing Time FAQ
Because our products are printed just for you as soon as you complete your purchase, please allow around 2-3 weeks for your item to ship.
Transit Timeline (Within Canada)
Orders within the country of Canada are shipped via Chitchats / Canada post, and have an estimated delivery time of 2-7 business days depending on your location.
This does not include the time it takes for us to process and print your order and does not include weekends or holidays. The shipping times are listed are "close", but not guaranteed, as a number of factors can slow down an order once it leaves our hands (such as weather, holiday season, etc).
For this reason, we are not responsible for the time in which a package travels once it has been accepted by Chitchats / Canada Post. A tracking number will be provided to you as soon as I mail out your order.

Orders to the United States are shipped via USPS, and have an estimated delivery time of 2-12 business days depending on your location.
This does not include the time it takes for us to process and print your order and does not include weekends or holidays. The shipping times are listed are "close", but not guaranteed, as a number of factors can slow down an order once it leaves our hands (such as weather, holiday season, etc).
For this reason, we are not responsible for the time in which a package travels once it has been accepted by USPS. A tracking number will be provided to you as soon as I mail out your order.
Transit Timeline (World wide)
Orders outside of North America vary vastly, depending on your location. Occasionally packages can be substantially delayed if they are held in customs. Because we cannot control the speed in which processing occurs through your country’s customs officials, please understand that we are not responsible for shipping delays once the order leaves our hands. Though delays are not common, they do happen occasionally. Most orders are shipped with Asendia Priority Tracked, which includes full tracking but is an estimated 10-75 business days. If Asendia is not available for your country, it will be shipped using Canada Post International Air (Untracked, 6-12 business days estimated).
If you are located in the European Union please shop for printed kits on my Etsy shop: https://www.etsy.com/shop/porzellanprops . At this time I have not figured out the VAT taxes on my shopify, so this is the only way I have been able to ship orders to Europe!
Shipping Delays
IF AN ORDER DOES NOT ARRIVE BY THE EXPECTED DATE:
If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery time, please feel free to let us know via email at elise@porzellanprops.com. A number of factors can influence mail speeds (weather, holidays, etc), so we may ask that you wait an additional 7 days - just in case your order is caught up at a sort facility. If after 7 days your order has not arrived, we will do everything we can to work with you towards a solution.
IF AN ORDER IS MARKED “UNDELIVERABLE”:
If your address was not entered correctly at the time of purchase, your package may be marked as “Undeliverable” and will usually be shipped back to us. Once we receive your return order, we will request an edited address to re-ship your order. In the event of a re-shipment due to an incorrect address, you are responsible for the additional shipping charges.
