Refund policy

If your order is not up to your standards, please send me an email and I will do my best to help you out! I am very picky about my print quality, however, 3D prints will always still have layer lines and require some post-processing work to get them looking their best.

If you would still like to return/exchange your order, please contact me within 14 days of delivery. All items must be shipped back within 21 days of delivery, and the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. If the item is not in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
