I’ve designed and 3D modeled this sword from reference photos using Fusion 360. This is the 3D model to print yourself! This is the raw 3D printed set to finish and paint yourself to use in your cosplay!
The inner chamber of the hilt/handle is hollow to accommodate for LED's behind the gems, with the eagle head end a snug pressure fit to allow for removal for replacing of batteries etc. Inside are two dowel openings to reinforce the blade that will require 2 600mm long 1/4" dia. wooden dowels. The eagle hilt and the gem pieces will be printed in translucent blue filament.
The sword measures 3.5~ ft / 1056mm in length.
NOTE: This is a raw 3D printed kit, imperfections are to be expected! The more effort you put into sanding, the nicer it will look!
